Shipping & Delivery
The cost of delivery and estimated transit time will be as stated on the website at the time of order. It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering of difficulties that may be encountered when delivering to your property ensuring this information is documented in the comments box when ordering. Any costs incurred affecting delivery will not be the responsibility of Yolshy. Yolshy are only responsible for delivery to your front door.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us within 7 working days from the day after you received your order. However, please note that orders already shipped must be received back at our Studios before a refund can be issued. You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (such as Parcelforce Worldwide), as Yolshy cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt. We recommend you keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Yolshy cannot accept responsibility for items not received. We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned to us and has been confirmed as faulty. Any packaging received with your goods, such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc should be returned along with your items in order to receive a refund or exchange. Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are nonrefundable through Yolshy; however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be subject to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All goods must be paid for in full before delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or nondelivery. As a UK based company Yolshy Ltd charge UK VAT on all orders placed on, both within the European Union and internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance
